"BEHIND CLOSED EYES", AN EXHIBITION OF THE WORKS OF ESTONIAN ARTIST ANNA OBOROTOVA TO BE HELD AT THE HYDE GALLERY, CHISWICK W4.
The Hyde Gallery is pleased to present Behind Closed Eyes, a solo exhibition by Estonian artist Anna Oborotova.
The exhibition will be on view from 22 April to 28 April 2023, at The Hyde Gallery, 255 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5PU.
Anna’s work is known for its dreamy and symbolic nature. Her paintings evoke a sense of mystery and contemplation, inviting viewers to explore the hidden depths of the human psyche.
The works on display in Behind Closed Eyes reflect this thematic focus, with each piece offering a unique glimpse into the artist's inner world.
Through her use of colour, texture, and composition, Anna creates a visual language that is both personal and universal. Her paintings are often imbued with a sense of nostalgia, as if capturing fleeting memories or long-forgotten dreams. At the same time, they are grounded in the present moment, capturing the emotional landscape of our contemporary world.
"Behind Closed Eyes" promises to be a powerful and thought-provoking exhibition, offering viewers a chance to explore the complexities of the human experience. Don't miss this opportunity to experience the work of one of Estonia's most exciting emerging artists.
The Hyde Gallery is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from 11pm to 5pm. Admission to the exhibition is free and open to the public.
